The Runner’s Den Pancake Run provides family-friendly fun for runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages and paces, with distances for everyone.
10K | 5K
The 5K and 10K will take place in beautiful Sweetwater Park, a City of Phoenix Park. Awards to overall winners, and top three in 5-year age divisions.
Both courses are fast, pancake flat and certified by USA Track & Field and World Athletics.
Double Stack
In the Double Stack category, participants run both the 10K and 5K races, with their times combined for a total finish time. Overall and age group winners (top 3) will be determined, and Double Stack participants are also eligible for individual 5K/10K age group awards. Double Stack finishers will receive a custom-branded finisher’s medal.
